At The Polo Club, food is more than just something you eat – it's a passion. Our Director of Culinary Operations, Edward Leonard, CMC is one of only 71 Masters Chefs in the USA along with the distinction of German and world master chef. He oversees the dining and event venues along with the banquet operation that seats over 800 guests. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available daily throughout the year with five full-service restaurants, as well as additional dining options.
