Planning these bus trips begins during the summer when committee members form smaller groups to brainstorm and propose potential locations and activities. Once the details are finalized, the event's manager/coordinator organizes logistics such as transportation, meals, and tickets. The meticulous planning typically starts in October, and by January's arrival, the members are ready to embark on a series of exciting adventures.

The diversity of the destinations is a key feature of the bus trips. While Art Basel and Art Miami are consistent annual favorites, The Polo Club team strives to introduce new and captivating places each year, offering experiences that members might not easily discover independently.
